I can’t do productivity and it’s killing me.
I get SO ANXIOUS thinking about what I need to do that I AVOID it, and then I try happy instead, so then it becomes REALLY IMPORTANT, so i have to do it, which makes me ANXIOUS and GUILTY, and less likely to try to be productive again because it reminds me of ANXIETY. I think i need to fix my some priorities in m’life.
During feelings of anxiety, look at this dog and pretend to be him. repeat as needed.
